Roofing Sales Representative
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in in-home sales, preferably within the residential roofing industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with potential and existing clients.
Driver’s License: A clean driver's license is required as the role involves traveling to clients' homes.
Personality Traits: As per the 16 personalities framework, an 'Executive' type personality is desirable. This indicates a person who is organized, strong in leadership and decision-making, and has an eye for detail.
Education: A High School Diploma is required. However, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field would be a plus.
Subcontractors
3+ Years of Real Experience: Shingle roofing, siding, or gutter work—you know what you’re doing.
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transport: No lettered trucks.
Certifications: Working at heights, first-aid, GST number, WHMIS, fall protection, WSIB coverage—all in check.
Professionalism and Pride: Show up ready, stay on time, communicate well. We respect our clients and expect you to, too.
